In Pittsburgh food truck trend is slow

Across America in large cities the streets are filled with food truck vendors. In Pittsburgh there are many legal road blocks preventing growth. Pittsburgh Post-Gazette interviewed with our current fleet of food trucks; Dozen Cupcakes, Franktuary, and the Goodie Truck to find out how business is doing and what improvements need to be made.

Food trucks are known to be very cultural and inotvative in the way they present, find, and distribute their products. Many of the business rely heavily on online traffic using twitter and facebook to distribute locations. Hopefully Pittsburgh; through the Mayor and City Council, can improve regulations and allow growth in the good truck market.
