Cork factory then and now

It has been a while since the Cork Factory sat vacant. It was a lot of dedication and the hard work to get this building through it’s amazing transformation into livable spaces. The success of the Cork Factory proved that lofts are in demand in the Strip, with the next success story being the Milk Factory.
