For the Love of Murphy’s

Mundania Horvath of Steeltown Anthem recently posted this wonderful write-up on the history and transformation of one Downtown Pittsburgh’s most historic and memorable buildings. Once serving as G.C. Murphy’s store the building on Fifth Avenue feel into despair like many of the properties surrounding Market Square. With the revitalization that went into Fifth Avenue the Murphy building was restored and memories relived.
