Union Pig & Chicken from Kevin Sousa

Pittsburgh’s well known chef Kevin Sousa from Salt of the Earth will be opening a new East Liberty restaurant in the newly announced Odeon Building. The new restaurant; Union Pig & Chicken, won’t be your average BBQ but a modern take on the delicacy which will include a Pittsburgh swing to it.

The Post-Gazette reported today that the Odeon Building on Highland Avenue will feature more than just good BBQ but also will introduce a movie theater to the East End.
