Recapping Andy in NYC

StrictlyFitteds reported on Brooklyn based conceptual artist ULYSSES PIZARRO capping a chromed hat on the newly presented Warhol statue in Manhattan’s Union Square.

The artist stated:

The tinfoil paranoia cap was something I felt it was something he would have worn. I’m not saying that he would wear a fitted baseball cap. I do think he would have a sense of paranoia before and after the shooting. This cap is a reminder that you do not have to be on a corner or in a gang to be shot or “capped”. No matter what you do you should be paranoid of the outcome.
