Pittsburgher internet celebrity iJustine (Justine Ezarik) brought new light to one of geek cultures most famous movie scenes. The promo for Spike TV’s coverage of this years CES is a parody of the famous printer bashing scene of Office Space.

Mundania Horvath of Steeltown Anthem recently posted this wonderful write-up on the history and transformation of one Downtown Pittsburgh’s most historic and memorable buildings. Once serving as G.C. Murphy’s store the building on Fifth Avenue feel into despair like many of the properties surrounding Market Square. With the revitalization that went into Fifth Avenue the Murphy building was restored and memories relived.

Well known Pittsburgher Phat Man Dee and Friends have put together Merry ChristmaChannaKwanzaa, Vol 1.1, featuring Picksburgh Xmas. The release party will be at the Carnegie Science Center in the Buhl Digital Planetarium on December 15, 2011 at 8 PM.
