It takes local cyclists to clear a bridge
Bike PGH reports that thanks to some organized local cyclists we can all now commute over the Hot Metal Bridge. Until this past weekend the bridge was still covered in snow and untouched by the city. Pittsburgh truly is becoming a dedicated biking city and not even some SNOWMAGEDDON snow can get in the way. Below are the before and after shots of the bridge.

Most notable location is the side of Mt. Washington by the Mon Duquesne incline. Can’t wait to see what these guys do next snowfall.

Could the Pistons move to Pittsburgh? →
Detroit may no longer have an NBA team as some speculate, and a possible move to Pittsburgh is in question with the opening of the Consol Energy Center. If the move does occur hopefully a new Pittsburgh themed name is in the works… perhaps Pittsburgh Zombies?
